When human beings register into the heavenly spirit world, they should take with them a certificate that confirms the details of their life on earth. I am talking about a certificate of your entire life with which you can say, “This is how I lived. This is what I did.” You are not the one who writes this kind of certificate. Satan should first write it for you. You should first receive the certificate from Satan and then receive Jesus’ certificate. Then you should receive God’s certificate. (299-77, 1999.2.4)

    Following True Father’s recovery from a life-threatening helicopter accident, he announced the start of Original (Root) Substance of the Divine Principle (OSDP) education. The OSDP education was conducted throughout the world, in N.E. Asia, Taiwan, S. Korea, Japan and Europe and other nations centering on the USA.
    True Father states that by implementing Wolli Boncheron (OSDP) education, the mission of religion is finished (emphasis added) and ideological conflict is also finished.  This was accomplished in the dual Jubilee years of 2007 and 2008, the Ssanghap Chil Pal Jubilee Years.
    January 1, 2009 – In the new year’s motto, True Father proclaims the Realm of Cosmic Sabbath of the Parent of Heaven and Earth, and the victory of the realm of true love, true life and true lineage on the basis of absolute sex. [absolute sexual ethics].
    In 2009, 12 years after he first proclaimed the Cosmic Sabbath of the Parent of Heaven and Earth on the establishment of 7.8 Jeol, True Father draws and makes clear the conclusions of that announcement.
◊ The Realm of the Cosmic Sabbath of the Parent of Heaven and Earth is established on
absolute sex, and when true love, true life and true lineage are victorious on that
foundation, all of God’s purpose is eternally accomplished centering on absolute sex
lineage.
    True Parents’ 50th Holy Wedding anniversary was proclaimed as a jubilee on April 11, 2010.
    January 1, 2010 was announced as Year One of the Heavenly Calendar.
    The Asian and North American continents are like twins in the womb of the Pacific Ocean.  A bridge must be built across the Bering Straight to connect the two continents (see Peace Message 10).  True Father moved the providence from Hawaii, which is like a mother’s womb, to Las Vegas.

Richard:  The key is implementing the Original Root Substance of the Divine Principle, or Absolute Sexual Ethics education.  That should have already been completed, but is still ongoing.  Stacey and I were in Korea at Chung Pyung Lake Training Center on the Day that True Father announced the Cosmic Sabbath for the Parents of Heaven and Earth (July 7, 1997, Heavenly & Lunar Calendar, August 9, 1997 Solar Calendar).  True Father came to the training center to visit all those who were there.  That means that we are especially connected to this providence of teaching absolute sexual ethics.

The coming future world is the world of the new culture of heart and the culture of love based on the true family, where God, human beings, and all things live in harmony. It is the world of interdependence, mutual prosperity, and universally shared values in which people live for the sake of others in true love and live together in harmony and cooperation. The future history is to be one that realizes the dream of “one global family through the ideal of true family” centering on the True Parents, and through the ideal of “humanity as brothers and sisters,” transcending races with true love. No matter how attractive a woman is, she will still be happy if she hears a passer-by compliment her baby with: “Wow, he’s so much better-looking than his mother!” Even though this implies she is much less attractive than her baby, no mother would protest at hearing this and grumble, “What? Is he much more attractive than me? Then does this mean that I am much less attractive?” Rather, she would be unable to contain her joy. This is the maternal heart. Whom do you think such a heart resembles? Mothers are resultant beings, not causal ones.

    On January 1, 2007 True Parents declared a providential year of jubilee.  True Father dedicated King Garden in Hawaii and proclaimed the Dawn of God’s Divine Civilization in March, 2007.  Father also proclaimed the start of the Pacific Rim providence.
    The early Puritan spirit and family ideals are collapsing.  True Father passed the baton, so to speak, to us, as in 2007 he declared that he has completed his providential responsibility to America via his 34 years of activity centering on the USA.
    The Pacific Rim providence centering on God starts centering on Hawaii and heavenly fortune comes to the Korean peninsula so that the divine civilization centering on God blossoms and bears fruit as a peninsula culture.
    The Peace Messages, or Divine Scripture of Peace were completed on January 8, 2008.  My personal favorite Peace Message is Peace Message 10, The Family Rooted in Absolute Sexual Ethics, which is the Model for God’s Absoluteness, Peace and Ideal and the Global Kingdom.
    The jubilee year of 2007 was extended to 2008, too.  True Father proclaimed the start of God’s Divine Culture in Las Vegas, a city where all the evils of Satan are concentrated.
    On the 49th True Parents Day, April 6, 2008 True Father explained providential history.   Father emphasized that Hyo-jin nim and Heung-jin nim in the spirit world should become as one; Hyun-jin nim and Kook-jin nim should become as one on the earth centering on True Mother to bring about the unity between the two worlds. True Father emphasized that they were making a new beginning on this occasion. This unity should be expanded to unite Cain and Abel on all levels and further to unite the Abel UN (Universal Peace Federation) and Cain UN (United Nations)  on a substantial level. True Father asked that we all live aligned to God without any conflicts and struggles, in peace and harmony. Read more here and here.

    God’s ideal for His Kingdom on earth can be established for the first time in the place where heaven is established on the family level. This must become a four-position foundation.
    In the Unification Principle, the perfection of the ideal of creation is the perfection of the four position foundation. Why is that so? The four-position foundation is established when the world of vertical relationships and horizontal relationships are created through three stages centering on God, Adam and Eve.
    The horizontal world can unfold only through Adam and Eve’s sons and daughters. When this happens, the vertical world is naturally formed. Considering the body, the children are the horizontal basis of the body, and the spirit world is the horizontal basis of the mind.
    As God is able to be present there for the first time, the Kingdom of Heaven is manifested on the earth. (96-28, 1978.1.1)

    You know yourself more than God knows you. Therefore, we do not need the Lord of judgment. Actually, we do not need a God of judgment. Your conscience knows best. In the light of this fundamental rule, how much you have contributed with the purpose of bringing liberation based on the liberated standard will be measured accordingly. You would know if you are authentic or fake. Would you know or not? If you don’t, there is no hope. If you don’t, you have to go to the public cemetery, you would have to go into the waste bin, or be driven into the Pacific Ocean on a raft. That’s something hard to handle.

    The Celebratory Rally Proclaiming the Cosmic Victory of True Parents was proclaimed in 1999 in the United States and in Korea. 
    On January 13, 2001, the Coronation Ceremony for God’s Kingship was conducted under the True Parent’s direction. The year 2001, when God’s Kingship was restored, was the beginning of the 3rd millennium and marks a new start for God’s providence centering on True Parents. After 6000 years since the fall of Adam and Eve, the kingship of God was established, and the ideal of Cheon IL Guk began centering on True Parents.
    Proclamation of Cheon IL Guk was made at noon on True Children’s Day, the first day of the 10th lunar month, 2001. The ideal of CIG starts with the establishment of God’s authority as king and centering on the blessed families. The CIG era arrives centering on blessed families.
    The Cheon Seong Gyeong, one of the eight books of holy scriptures designated by True Father, was offered to God on April 18, 2004.  On April 19th, 2004, True Father proclaimed that the Sabbath day would now be celebrated on the 8the day of each week.  This new Heavenly Calendar is supported by the lunar and solar calendars
   The Era After the Coming of Heaven began on May 5, 2004 at the proclamation of Ssanghap Ship Seung IL  (Victory of Ten Combining Two Parts).  True Father explained that the Era After Heaven’s Arrival is the era of the providence of restoration when True Parents do not require indemnity.
   The Universal Peace Federation was inaugurated in New York City on September 12, 2005.  True Father also proclaimed the inauguration of the UPF in Washington, DC on September 23, 2005.  Stacey and I were there, and we recorded that speech.  You can  listen to the audio and read the transcription here.
   In this speech, True Father also announced the formation of the Peace Kingdom Corps and the Peace Kingdom Police Force, which are dual missions. This corps, which is not a militarized corps, but an education corps, was substantially started in October, 2005 in Kiev, Ukraine, with both Russian and Ukrainian youth invited to join.  See this speech.
    These two forces were created to protect the Blessed Families of the world and create a peaceful world centering on God.

    It is the same with religion. How did religions begin? Saints founded all of the religions. They are the lords of the religions. They all started out from positions where they could receive instruction from God through practicing devotion and reaching an enlightened state; however, after the religions developed to a higher level, they became more and more secularized.
    That is why there are no religious organizations that can guide this world out of its whirlpool of confusion and onto the proper path with very clear and essential guidelines. There are religious systems within regions, but there is no religious system that can embrace and solve the situation of the entire world.
    Religions have all completed their tests. All have been tested. Politics and all the various ideologies have been tested. They have all performed disappointingly. All have reached a limit that not one can go beyond. (253-13, 1994.1.1)

    Under Your guidance, Heavenly Father, from this day forward we can begin to reverse Satan’s threats and intimidation. He has been cutting people down, dragging them to the scaffold, and dooming them to hell. We welcome the era of freedom and liberation in which families blessed in the spirit world can come to their descendants to inspire them and reprimand them in turn to lead them, by force if necessary, to heaven rather than hell.

True Father, who is the Messiah, brings True Love (the seed) and the teaching of the Principle.

The Blessing is the resolution of original sin and changing of the fallen bloodline of Satan by True Parents, resulting in the inheritance of God’s lineage.
    True Father, Rev. Moon globalized the Blessing of marriage leading up to 1997.  Millions of couples received the Blessing of marriage.  Father bequeathed to humanity the tradition of ‘Hoon Dok Hwe’, studying and living the teachings of True Father in 1997.  The Unification Church was dissolved, and the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification started on August 31, 1996.  Many other providential speaking tours and ceremonies were performed between 1994 and 1999.
    Upon this victorious foundation, Satan naturally surrendered to True Parents on March 21, 1999 in the Pantanal. Satan, who tormented God and refused to surrender for 6000 years even though he betrayed God and caused Adam and Eve to fall, finally, for the first time, surrendered naturally to the True Parent.

The age of our release from the religious realm is coming, because everything has been indemnified through the people of Israel as the chosen people, Christianity as the global chosen people, and the Unification Church as the cosmic-level chosen people. So now the time is coming when the spirit world can contact the earthly world on that foundation. Thus, even non-believers will be connected to the spirit world through the realm of the chosen people and through religion, and the past ages will fade away.

The contradictions and tragic complications of history in this world all came about because we did not understand our historical portion of responsibility. You all have to realize how important that is. All of you are thinking about this matter as you please. You think that one’s portion of responsibility is something that the Principle teaches about, but that it is not related to you. We have to view this in a different way and realize that my discovery of the existence of human beings’ portion of responsibility is indeed a great discovery. How important do you think it is?     True Parents, Rev. Sun Myung Moon and Mrs. Moon, were married on March 16th, 1960. The first major holy day of Parents Day, as well as the subsequent major holy days of Children’s Day, Day of All Things and God’s Day were established between 1960 and 1968.
    Another major milestone was Pal Jung Shik (Settlement of 8 Stages), established in Kodiak, Alaska on August 31, 1989, and Heavenly Fatherism was proclaimed on September 1, 1989.   True Father had providential meetings with Michail Gorbachev in the former USSR in 1990, as well as Kim IL Sung in North Korea in 1991.
    The Women’s Federation for World Peace was established in 1992.
    True Father comes as the second coming of Jesus, who came as the second Adam.  Adam lost God’s substance at the age of 15.  True Father restored (through indemnity) the substance at the age of 15, through Jesus  (inheriting the mission).
    The Holy Spirit was the spiritual Eve who appeared before the spiritual Jesus.
    True Mother, the substantial manifestation of the Holy Spirit, must be recreated by True Father as a True Mother that resembles True Father, just as God, who exists as the original body and substance of the Principle also exists as the unified body of masculine and feminine.
