he first set out, He found the cigarette
butt he had thrown away and smoked
it., Lo and behold, the cigarette butt was
in a patch of wild ginseng. This actual-
ly took place. At such a moment, going
back for that cigarette butt and smoking
it was great fortune for him. This could

Since you are trying to set internal conditions in a world where external conditions are set, you cannot avoid passing through the historical course of being chased out of the world. Accordingly, now in the last days, you will be swept away by the era of fear in the end of time.

The reason these phenomena are taking place is to strike the external center and make it become harmonized with the internal center. To do this, the social conditions, the habitual conditions, the mental and conceptual conditions, will be threatened by the internal conditions. You must forsake them mercilessly. “Sir, I have nothing but a small bottle of olive oil.”

³Elisha told her, “Ask your neighbors for their empty jars. And after you’ve borrowed as many as you can, ⁴go home and shut the door behind you and your sons. Then begin filling the jars with oil and set each one aside as you fill it.” ⁵The woman left.

Later, when she and her sons were back inside their house, the two sons brought her the jars, and she began filling them.

⁶At last, she said to one of her sons, “Bring me another jar.”

“We don’t have any more,” he answered, and the oil stopped flowing from the small bottle.

⁷After she told Elisha what had happened, he said, “Sell the oil and use part of the money to pay what you owe the man. You and your sons can live on what is left.”

I tell you for certain that only thieves and robbers climb over the fence instead of going in through the gate to the sheep pen. ^2-3But the gatekeeper opens the gate for the shepherd, and he goes in through it. The sheep know their shepherd’s voice. He calls each of them by name and leads them out.

⁴When he has led out all of his sheep, he walks in front of them, and they follow, because they know his voice. ⁵The sheep will not follow strangers. They don’t recognize a stranger’s voice, and they run away.

⁶Jesus told the people this story. But they did not understand what he was talking about.

⁷Jesus said:

I tell you for certain that I am the gate for the sheep. ⁸Everyone who came before me was a thief or a robber, and the sheep did not listen to any of them. ⁹I am the gate. All who come in through me will be saved. Through me they will come and go and find pasture.

¹⁰A thief comes only to rob, kill, and destroy. I came so that everyone would have life, and have it in its fullest. ¹¹I am the good shepherd, and the good shepherd gives up his life for his sheep. ¹²Hired workers are not like the shepherd. They don’t own the sheep, and when they see a wolf coming, they run off and leave the sheep. Then the wolf attacks and scatters the flock. ¹³Hired workers run away because they don’t care about the sheep.

¹⁴I am the good shepherd. I know my sheep, and they know me. ¹⁵Just as the Father knows me, I know the Father, and I give up my life for my sheep. ¹⁶I have other sheep that are not in this sheep pen. I must bring them together too, when they hear my voice. Then there will be one flock of sheep and one shepherd.

¹⁷The Father loves me, because I give up my life, so that I may receive it back again. ¹⁸No one takes my life from me. I give it up willingly! I have the power to give it up and the power to receive it back again, just as my Father commanded me to do.

¹⁹The people took sides because of what Jesus had told them. ²⁰Many of them said, “He has a demon in him! He is crazy! Why listen to him?”

²¹But others said, “How could anyone with a demon in him say these things? No one like that could give sight to a blind person!

Prayer

Father! We know that although You chose the Israelites 2,000 years ago and tried to let them experience Your heart throughout their minds and bodies, that will was not fulfilled. We have no choice but to intuit that the Israelites could not distinguish right from wrong. Please guide us to lead our lives determining right from wrong with certainty, centering on the words You have granted us. Please allow us to go forward after connecting to Your heart.

Although we are trying to connect to the Father’s heart and follow the words in our hearts, now please allow us to perceive that we have failed to live according to the will of God. We know that when the Father chose us, it was not just for our own sake; it was for the sake of the people and the world. Please guide us according to Your will. Human beings are free to go any-
where. If they want to go to the ocean or
mountains, they can freely do so with-
out any national boundaries. They can
live in the water as well. The age will
come when we can build a submarine
and live freely under water based on sci-
entific advances. Otherwise, humanity
will have no place to live. A submarine
sinks by letting water into its tank until
it becomes heavy enough to sink. With
a button, you can control the inflow and
outflow of water, and accordingly sub-
merge or rise in the water. Therefore, we
can live in the water. There is no better
place in heaven and earth than what lies
deeper than ten meters. If you go down
thirty meters, would the wind matter? A
truly serene world emerges, an under-
water kingdom.

Isaiah 66

They will bring your relatives from the nations as an offering to me, the Lord. They will come on horses, chariots, wagons, mules, and camels^[k] to Jerusalem, my holy mountain. Ruth 1

Then she told them, “Don’t call me Naomi any longer! Call me Mara,^[e]because God has made my life bitter. ²¹I had everything when I left, but the Lord has brought me back with nothing. How can you still call me Naomi, when God has turned against me and made my life so hard?”

Richard: In life, many times we don’t know when something is positive or negative in the long run. We could ask “is this good or is this bad?”. On face value, it might be bad, but it good be good in the long run. We just don’t know (at least for some time we won’t realize it). The story of Naomi’s and her daughter Ruth is such a story. It’s better to have a grateful attitude even if things seem difficult.

When all of this happened,
the Lord All-Powerful told you
    to weep and mourn,
    to shave your heads,
    and wear sackcloth.
¹³But instead, you celebrated
by feasting on beef and lamb
    and by drinking wine,
