Jesus Led a Life of Tears

Ruth 3

18Then Naomi said, “Wait, my daughter, until you find out what happens. For the man will not rest until the matter is settled today.”

Leviticus

18He is to put some of the blood on the horns of the altar that is before the Lord in the tent of meeting. The rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

Richard:  Blood atonement reminds us of the sacrifice of Jesus.  Because of Jesus’ atonement we are able to stand before God, since we all have sinned. Continue reading “Jesus Led a Life of Tears”

The Lord of the Second Advent and Us

Pastor Hyung Jin Moon explains about the real story of Thanksgiving and about the blessing of freedom and responsibility: https://vimeo.com/193273182

Leviticus 25

But in the seventh year the land is to have a year of sabbath rest, a sabbath to the Lord. Do not sow your fields or prune your vineyards.

Richard: This is very intersting. A Jewish Rabbi predicted in 1217 that the Messianic Kingdom would come by 2017: http://www.wnd.com/2012/11/12th-century-rabbi-predicted-israels-future/
Also recall that Rev. Moon used the term “Jubilee Year” to refer to 2007.  Perhaps there has been a delay and this will occur in 2017.  Rev. Moon also said that there should be a celebration of family on the 17th of each month, so we see the number 17 coming into play in several ways.
Also It is important to take a Sabbath day and spend time with Father.

Proverbs 26

1Like snow in summer or rain in harvest,

honor is not fitting for a fool. Continue reading “The Lord of the Second Advent and Us”

Be the Faithful Disciple of Jesus Today

Luke 12

Jesus speaking:
45But suppose the servant says to himself, ‘My master is taking a long time in coming,’ and he then begins to beat the other servants, both men and women, and to eat and drink and get drunk. 46The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the unbelievers.

Leviticus 4

13“ ‘If the whole Israelite community sins unintentionally and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands, even though the community is unaware of the matter, when they realize their guilt 14and the sin they committed becomes known, the assembly must bring a young bull as a sin offering and present it before the tent of meeting.

Richard: Our nation has sinned grievously in God’s sight.  43 million unborn babies have been murdered since Roe v. Wade.  Homosexuality is uplifted and marriage is bashed.  In light of this, we would do well to heed the advice above in Luke 12, lest we be cast out with the unbelievers.
