not know that realizing God’s ideal of
creation based on His love carried such
meaning. The fulfillment of His will and
the realization of His ideal of creation
comes with the completion of the four-
position foundation. What happens
when the four-position foundation is
completed? Heaven and earth find their
rightful positions and settle for the first
time. Heaven forms an upper axis and
earth a lower axis; everything can be
united with them at the center.

The fall took place because God’s thinking and human beings’ thinking were diametrically opposed. Thus, we must cultivate ourselves and reflect upon ourselves. We must reflect upon and recover ourselves. Because human beings have this obligation, countless philosophers and religious people have sought to resolve this issue, without much success. We understand this very well. In other words, who am “I”?

If human beings necessarily live in relationships, then who is the subject of these relationships? If there is a master of our lives, who is it? It is someone about whom we would say, “Only that person can represent my entire being, my thoughts and my life. I cannot live without him.” The day we recognize that person, we will understand God, the unchanging Master, who has been fighting to hold on to us through the long course of history. From that moment, everything will go smoothly. We came from the one Master, so we will understand what the Creator God has entrusted in us and what He has been struggling to govern. Restoring the Family Is Salvation

You must endure, sacrifice for and
serve your fiancée even if you do not like
her. “If I hadn’t met her I wouldn’t have
learnt anything. Now I see that I was giv-
en this person so that I could go through
more hardships in order to attain a spirit
of service and sacrifice and thus go to
heaven.” Those who think like this can
become great people and enter heaven.
God wants to have even sinners
become His sons and daughters. Just
because your fiancée might not have
such a pretty face or is Japanese or is a
little short, can you think, “Oh, I don’t
like her”? You men should be convinced
that you would go to the highest place
in heaven if you took the ugliest woman
and sacrificed yourself for and served
her more than anyone else. You should
understand that you would then become
the greatest husband and a saint of a
husband. Unification Church members
should be capable of having that level of

Richard:  This is great advice for success in your marriage.  Even if your spouse is not the most beautiful, etc., you will grow as you love her and God will make up for any lacking of your spouse in the fullness of your relationship with Him.

Everyone, you must change com-
pletely after you go through the cere-
mony of converting the lineage. Would
this be possible if True Parents were not
here? Think about the path of hardships
previous generations had to persevere
through ever since the time of the cre-
ation of the world. Having True Parents
here right now is something for which
you should all be truly grateful. It is even
more amazing that you have received the
Blessing from them in person. Through
the Blessing, the tradition of the lineage,
that is, the tradition embedded with true
love, life and lineage can be established.
You must always keep this in mind.

Prayer

Father, every time a sad event takes place on the earth, Heaven mourns, our ancestors mourn, all things mourn, and we feel the same sorrow. Father, you have spent 6,000 years in fruitless wandering and struggling, unable to find that for which You were looking or a place to go, wishing all the while for the day of liberation from this sorrow. If You were to appear before us now, we would feel like crying endlessly.

Now we understand everything and have come seeking the original Parents. We wish, from the depth of our beings, for the day to come when we can shed tears of joy, rather than tears of sorrow-when we can cry for heaven and earth with such intensity as to even forget our existence. The Work to Save Families

Through the foundation of multifar-
ious missionary and business activities
in Alaska, Antarctica, the countries of
the former Soviet Union, the 33 nations
of Latin America, and throughout Asia
and Africa, we are making preparations
to solve problems that humanity will
face over the coming millennium, such
as environmental pollution and fam-
ine. In recent years, I have worked in the
Pantanal and Amazon regions of Brazil
to lay a substantial foundation to protect
the Earth’s environment. On the other
hand as regards the internal aspects, I
have worked through the International
Holy Blessings and the True Family Val-
ues Ministry. Some 430 million couples
around the world have participated in
these marriage blessings, adding further
impetus to the building of God’s long-
awaited kingdom on earth based on ide-
al families.

36 Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane. When they got there, he told them, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.”

37 Jesus took along Peter and the two brothers, James and John.[a] He was very sad and troubled, 38 and he said to them, “I am so sad that I feel as if I am dying. Stay here and keep awake with me.”

39 Jesus walked on a little way. Then he knelt with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, don’t make me suffer by having me drink from this cup.[b] But do what you want, and not what I want.”

40 He came back and found his disciples sleeping. So he said to Peter, “Can’t any of you stay awake with me for just one hour? 41 Stay awake and pray that you won’t be tested. You want to do what is right, but you are weak.”

42 Again Jesus went to pray and said, “My Father, if there is no other way, and I must suffer, I will still do what you want.”

43 Jesus came back and found them sleeping again. They simply could not keep their eyes open. 44 He left them and prayed the same prayer once more.

45 Finally, Jesus returned to his disciples and said, “Are you still sleeping and resting?[c] The time has come for the Son of Man to be handed over to sinners. 46 Get up! Let’s go. The one who will betray me is already here.”

Prayer

Father, humanity must awaken from its deep sleep and free themselves from the powers of darkness; yet, they do not. No matter what kind of obstacles block our path, please reveal Your compassionate hand to us so that we may dash toward the beacon of new light.

Father, we know the historical hardships You have suffered for our sake. We also know that You mourn that dark natures lie deep within us. We must look at ourselves and grieve, as the Father has grieved over the earth.

We must go beyond ourselves to pay back the debt we owe to all things, which are deep in sorrow, and comfort the Father’s grieving heart. Though we know in our hearts we must fulfill this responsibility, we have not been able to cope with it. Please forgive us.

We have inherited the history of sorrow and borne the fruits of sorrow. Although the Father has tried to nurture a history of joy and the fruits of joy, we have become fruits of bitterness and lament. dominated by Him, the more you will
want to be dominated by Him for thou-
sands or even tens of thousands of years.
Since the principles of attendance cen-
tering on God work in that way, no one
can be happier than the one who is being
dominated by God. Until now, we have

In the end, seven points, composed
of above, below, left, right, front, rear,
and finally the central point, would be
formed. The significance of fulfilling the
number seven is that the seven points
have become as one in perfected true
love, centering on God, thus achieving
a perfect sphere forming a family that
manifests harmony and peace. (287-21,

This was how Christianity reached the period where it could govern the world centering on the Christian papacy. This was spiritual. Spiritual. They were spiritual adopted sons. They were not substantial adopted sons. Do you understand? The adopted son foundation was this way, and everything else was this way, too. It was also true with Jesus’ fulfillment of the mission of the son. He only fulfilled the mission of the spiritual son. He could not fulfill the mission of a substantial son. He fulfilled the responsibility of a spiritual son. Do you understand? This meant he had no foundation on earth. No adopted son foundation. No servant foundation. Nothing.

When the returning Messiah comes in the last days to build the Christian Kingdom, he must indemnify the realms of the substantial son and substantial adopted son. Without doing this, he cannot recover the substantial adopted son realm and substantial son realm of Jesus’ time. Ultimately, the Kingdom centered on Christianity is being expanded now, but this is a spiritual nation. A spiritual nation.

Christianity has been battling the satanic world for two thousand years. It has been battling Satan since that time. The adopted son realm is different from the son and different from the servant. The adopted son realm substantial adopted son realm and substantial son realm of Jesus’ time. Ultimately, the Kingdom centered on Christianity is being expanded now, but this is a spiritual nation. God Must be able to Boast about You

Although Jesus had the qualifications to boast about his glory, he did not. On the contrary, he lived with the humility of a sinner. Jesus had the mind-set that even in the path of death, he would be proud in the presence of God. As we look at this life of Jesus, we must have the same kind of mentality and cross the pass.

We have a saying that refers to serv-
ing both parents and grandparents.
How many levels are there? There may
be five generations in a family, but nor-
mally there are four – your grandfather,
your father, your own couple and then
your sons and daughters. With this in
mind, the Unification Church Princi-
ple introduces the three stages of for-
mation, growth and completion. This
teaching deals with living in harmony
and declares, “All goes well if there is
harmony in the family.” Why is this? Is
it because it sounds nice? Is it because
someone wanted to be poetic? No. That
is not the case. Harmony in the family
means that four generations revolving
around the grandparents unite – top and
bottom, east and west, north and south,
front and back, and left and right – and
will live together in the joy of laughter.

Eve nations, Japan is in the forefront.
She forms a trinity with Taiwan and
the Philippines. By having Taiwan and
the Philippines as global Eve nations,
we can move humankind, centering

preparations to enable this to happen. I
have tied everything together through
the Federation of Island Nations, the
Federation of Peninsular Nations, and
the Federation of Continental Nations.

Let Us Understand God, Who Wanted to be Proud

Genesis 1: 24-31

Although 2,000 years have passed since the coming of Jesus, have you ever met a person who is still burning with the desire to boast about Jesus? If you are not this kind of religious leader, you are a corrupted minister working for mere wages. You must be proud of Jesus. To set the condition of pride before Heaven, he gratefully overcame the path of the cross despite all the pain that he suffered: his torn body, the spear that pierced his side, the crown of thorns on his head, and the nails in his hands and feet.

Although Jesus had the qualifications to boast about his glory, he did not. On the contrary, he lived with the humility of a sinner. Jesus had the mind-set that even in the path of death, he would be proud in the presence of God. As we look at this life of Jesus, we must have the same kind of mentality and cross the pass.

When Mary Magdalene tried to hold the resurrected Jesus, he rejected her. The resurrected Jesus was not to be welcomed. Before the resurrection, while he was alive, his disciples should have comforted him and help him set the condition of pride to say “All is finished,” boasting to Heaven, earth and Satan. Because such tragic, historic Golgothas lie ahead, Christians have repeated the process of going up and down that hill until now. They have been repeating the process of climbing up and down the course.

No one has cried out to Heaven and earth that the Lord of Golgotha was his or her spouse. There were many people of faith who prayed, “Oh, Lord, please guide me to the bosom of the Father.” Until now, all have been ignorant of the internal situation of being proud of Jesus.
