Under the rule of Japan, I had reason
to harbor resentment even toward its
emperor, but he had already been defeat-
ed. Heaven does not strike a person who
is defeated, but rather shows mercy
toward those who repent their sins and
apologize. As this is Heaven’s way, those
who raise their sword to strike a defeated
person will find their own descendants
driven to ruin.
The United States is also a coun-
try that considered me its enemy. Yet I
left my family behind and diverted my
attention from my Korean homeland to
bring salvation to that nation which had
fallen into great moral decay. I threw
away everything that belonged to me in
order to bring salvation to the world of
Cain.
How much have established church-
es hated the Unification Church? Yet we
must not fight each other as enemies. We
must come together in love. When we do
that, we will lead the Republic of Korea
into fulfilling God’s will so as to digest
North Korea. If the established churches
and the Unification Church had become
one immediately after Korea’s liberation
from Japan, all problems would have
been solved.

31 Once again the Jewish leaders picked up stones in order to kill Jesus. 32 But he said, “I have shown you many good things that my Father sent me to do. Which one are you going to stone me for?”

33 They answered, “We are not stoning you because of any good thing you did. We are stoning you because you did a terrible thing. You are just a man, and here you are claiming to be God!”

34 Jesus replied:

In your Scriptures doesn’t God say, “You are gods”? 35 You can’t argue with the Scriptures, and God spoke to those people and called them gods. 36 So why do you accuse me of a terrible sin for saying that I am the Son of God? After all, it is the Father who prepared me for this work. He is also the one who sent me into the world.

Prayer

Father, we have realized that without the desire to serve and humbly bow down to You, we can have no relationship with You in the other world of eternity. We long for the day when our heart opens to feel Your Shim Jung in our center, so that our body follows our mind as the subject. Please guide us to regain our lost bodies today by hearing Your voice from the depth of our hearts. Let us realize Your suffering course to find each of us and humbly bow down to You. Guide us to feel a deep gratitude toward You.

We thought that You, Father, come to us only in glory. In fact, You came in sorrow and suffering, with a face stricken with misfortune. Since we did not know this, we wanted to lay our sorrow, our sufferings and our misfortunes upon You. Please forgive us.

We should realize that we are a fallen race who cannot call You Father. You have come through such sorrows and sighs in history. We should relieve Your burden of 10,000 years. I sincerely pray that no one will be ignorant of Your path of sorrow.

You have called us today, but do we deserve it? I sincerely pray that those who are gathered here can resolve Your situation and that their hearts are filled with such matters. Please embrace us at this time. Restore Your lost grace and remove our sins. I sincerely pray for and desire this.

Father, please take dominion in this service. I am giving a speech today. Do not let the hearts of the giver and receivers be divided. We know that the one who attacks on this point is not us, but Satan. We do not want our secular minds to communicate with Satan. Therefore, please guide us to believe in Your will alone. We repent before You. Do not let us follow this path with a heart different from Yours. If there is such a heartistic gap, even to a small degree, I pray that we may all work together seriously to overcome it.

Today is a holy day. Bless those who do not yet realize Your will, the pitiful thirty million people of Korea. Bless Your children everywhere who bow down to You for the sake of the nation on this day. Have mercy on the people who are screaming and fighting, and broaden their hearts to be able to tolerate and accept one another.

Now is the time to cry with the earth for the sake of Your situation. I believe You will take those to Your side who possess Your Shim Jung. Please forgive our baseness. Please forgive those pitiful people who follow the enemy while professing to follow Heaven. Please forgive those foolish people who take as enemies those who are not, in fact, enemies and persecute them. Who can preserve their life? Who will shed light on their path? I earnestly pray and desire that they can truly receive Your word.

Father! We know Your heart agonizes over the fate of the nation. Father, who worries about the future of the nation, have pity on this nation, which is cornered all around by the world. Please remember those who are piling up conditions before You, as representatives of the nation. Guide us to able to plead that the whip of judgment does not descend upon this nation in the last days. I sincerely pray and desire this.

Now we have realized that we have the responsibility to, first, call upon You and then proceed. If we live, pray and plead to Heaven, and make You the center of our lives for the sake of this responsibility, we know that necessarily Your will shall be fulfilled upon the earth. Thus, I eagerly pray that You will place these people in that position.

Please come and rule over this time. We pray all these words in the name of the Lord. Amen.

Be a Substitute for Christ at His Second Coming

When you follow the path which
your original mind leads you along,
the universe will open up in unity with
you. You need such experiences. Once
you enter such a state, you will be able
to fully relate with your original minds.
You will be able to hold conversations
with your minds. As soon as you think
of doing something, the answer will
already be right in front of you. You are
advancing toward such a state. Wouldn’t
such people know the path they should
take? The way they should follow would
be definitely laid before them, and so all
the power in the universe would help
them to go that way. Once they face the
test of faith, having been led there by the
hand, everything will come to their sup-
port. Only after this, it would be possible
for them to perform great deeds. (120-313,

Jesus cried out to God after fulfilling the qualification to become the substantial being who has gone through the ideology of creation by loving God and humankind more than any other person in history. There was an instant when God forgot the dignity and position of being the Creator and clung to Jesus. No one knows this. Furthermore, God confronted Jesus with a Shim Jung of wanting to raise him to a position even higher than Himself, the Creator. Nobody knows this either.

Jesus was rejected and driven out by the chosen people, but because he knew the Shim Jung of God, who had persevered for 4,000 years, he had to endure. In addition, Jesus knew that God had sacrificed everything in the 4,000 years of history to find one son. Therefore, Jesus realized that to find a bride, he also had to endure his hardships, no matter what kind of sacrifice and rejection came upon him. Become a Bride of Jesus

What is the mind? It is your master
and teacher. Since your body resembles
your mind, it is the origin of your body.
Thus, on the horizontal level, the mind
stands in the place of your mother and
father, teachers, and masters. (222-157,

Your original mind does not need a
teacher. It is your second god. Do not try
to follow a teacher or me; instead, try to
serve your mind. What about the mind?
You wake up at daybreak, all alone, and
it is so quiet that you can hear even the
squeak of a mouse or the buzz of a fly,
and you think to yourself, “Well, I should
like such and such a thing. I should try
to do a good deed.” Your original mind
will then tell you, “Good! Good! Do it
now!” On the other hand, if you harbor
only evil thoughts in your mind, it will
chide you with words like “No! No! You
fool!” Would it not know what you are
thinking? Of course it knows. That is the
way it is. It knows only too well. (138-124,

comes, God as the vertical and human
beings as the horizontal can create a
90-degree angle for the first time. The
True Parent comes to educate us so that
we can create that 90-degree angle. If
you go to the spirit world and see that
my words are wrong, you can come to
me and cut off my head.

What kind of grief is that lamentation? In the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve were supposed to connect with God’s love and His ideology. Yet through the fall, they failed to make that proper relationship with Him. The lamentation of all things is the lamentation that longs for humans to recover this situation and connect with God’s ideology and love. Consequently, a person who cannot liberate this lamentation of all things will be judged in the last days.

Jesus’ Ideology Has to be Manifested in the Physical World

You did not know what makes a man
a man, and a woman a woman? The
answer is: the sexual organs. Is there
anyone here who dislikes them? If you
like them, how much do you like them?
Even if you hitherto disdained them, you
should henceforth esteem them. What
will the world be like in the future? If
it is a world that absolutely values the
sexual organs. Will that world be good
or bad? Will it prosper or perish? This
is not a joke. When God was creating
human beings, into which part did He
invest the greatest creative effort? Would
it be the eyes, the nose, the heart or the
brain? Do not all these organs eventual-
ly die? What is the purpose of the Fam-
ily Federation for World Peace? If there
were a world inhabited by people who
transcend all fields including morality
and religion, whose sexual organs are
harmonized into oneness so as to earn
God’s welcoming praise, what kind of
world would it be?
When men and women are born,
who do their sexual organs belong to?
The owner of the husband’s organ is
the wife, and vice versa. You have been
ignorant of the fact that the owners of
the sexual organs were interchanged.
This simple truth is undeniable and will
remain unchanging throughout history

By the power of his Spirit

The Center of God’s Providence is Jesus

Also since everything is connected
to the core, then each position, one, two,
three, four, five, six and seven from this
central core are equal. If the grandfather
and his sons and daughters want some-
thing and the grandchild is not against
it, then all three generations will come
to want it. The grandfather and grand-
mother, husband and wife, and sons and
daughters all follow the center. In terms
of love, we say that the parent-child
relationship is one, the conjugal rela-
tionship is one, and the sibling relation-
ship is one. They are one body. What are
these relationships revolving around?
They are revolving around the true love
of God who is the center of love. Based
on true love, the parents and children,
husband and wife and brothers and sis-
ters all become one. In this way the val-
ue of everything becomes equal. (299-114,

All peoples in the world are the
same in that they are all human beings
regardless of skin color . W hether white
or black , the only difference between
them is their living environment. Sup-
pose a man married a black woman and
had a black child with her, and then
married a white woman and had a white
child with her. He would be as much the
father of the white child as he would be
of the black child. These two children
would share the same father. Unless
people are made to feel deeply in their
hearts that they are siblings born of the
same Father, whatever it takes for them
to realize it, the unification of all peo-
ples and generations in the world will be

The Forsaken Jesus

1 Peter 2:1-10

2 Stop being hateful! Quit trying to fool people, and start being sincere. Don’t be jealous or say cruel things about others. 2 Be like newborn babies who are thirsty for the pure spiritual milk that will help you grow and be saved. 3 You have already found out how good the Lord really is.

4 Come to Jesus Christ. He is the living stone that people have rejected, but which God has chosen and highly honored. 5 And now you are living stones that are being used to build a spiritual house. You are also a group of holy priests, and with the help of Jesus Christ you will offer sacrifices that please God. 6 It is just as God says in the Scriptures,

“Look! I am placing in Zion
a choice and precious
    cornerstone.
No one who has faith
in that one
    will be disappointed.”

7 You are followers of the Lord, and that stone is precious to you. But it isn’t precious to those who refuse to follow him. They are the builders who tossed aside the stone that turned out to be the most important one of all. 8 They disobeyed the message and stumbled and fell over that stone, because they were doomed.

9 But you are God’s chosen and special people. You are a group of royal priests and a holy nation. God has brought you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Now you must tell all the wonderful things that he has done. The Scriptures say,

10 “Once you were nobody.
    Now you are God’s people.
At one time no one
    had pity on you.
Now God has treated you
    with kindness.

Sermon

These Bible verses metaphorically describe Jesus as a stone. They also describe how the stone which the builders rejected became a cornerstone. We can see that this situation was not recognized by Jesus family, his religious order, the Israelites nor even his own beloved three disciples.

God drew out the chosen people from among their enemies. He raised them for salvation. Through this people, He tried to accomplish His great will. However, although the Israelites saw this will of God from the viewpoint of an ideology or history, they still could not live up to that will.
