Ladies and gentlemen, what is the path that humankind should take today? Even now tens of millions of innocent lives are being lost each year to war, disease, starvation and natural disasters that arise in all parts of the world. In every field you observe, from the individual to the collective level — whether religion, politics, education, culture or ideology — people are deeply mired in the swamp of self-centered egoism, raising walls around themselves. We now live in a world brought to ruin, where genuine communication has broken down.
God’s ideal for His Kingdom on earth can be established for the first time in the place where heaven is established on the family level. This must become a four-position foundation. In the Unification Principle, the perfection of the ideal of creation is the perfection of the four position foundation. Why is that so? The four-position foundation is established when the world of vertical relationships and horizontal relationships are created through three stages centering on God, Adam and Eve. The horizontal world can unfold only through Adam and Eve’s sons and daughters. When this happens, the vertical world is naturally formed. Considering the body, the children are the horizontal basis of the body, and the spirit world is the horizontal basis of the mind. As God is able to be present there for the first time, the Kingdom of Heaven is manifested on the earth. (96-28, 1978.1.1)

You know yourself more than God knows you. Therefore, we do not need the Lord of judgment. Actually, we do not need a God of judgment. Your conscience knows best. In the light of this fundamental rule, how much you have contributed with the purpose of bringing liberation based on the liberated standard will be measured accordingly. You would know if you are authentic or fake. Would you know or not? If you don’t, there is no hope. If you don’t, you have to go to the public cemetery, you would have to go into the waste bin, or be driven into the Pacific Ocean on a raft. That’s something hard to handle.

The True Parent and the Completed Testament Age (Completion, Conclusion and Finalization of the Providence of Restoration Through Indemnity)
The Celebratory Rally Proclaiming the Cosmic Victory of True Parents was proclaimed in 1999 in the United States and in Korea. On January 13, 2001, the Coronation Ceremony for God’s Kingship was conducted under the True Parent’s direction. The year 2001, when God’s Kingship was restored, was the beginning of the 3rd millennium and marks a new start for God’s providence centering on True Parents. After 6000 years since the fall of Adam and Eve, the kingship of God was established, and the ideal of Cheon IL Guk began centering on True Parents. Proclamation of Cheon IL Guk was made at noon on True Children’s Day, the first day of the 10th lunar month, 2001. The ideal of CIG starts with the establishment of God’s authority as king and centering on the blessed families. The CIG era arrives centering on blessed families. The Cheon Seong Gyeong, one of the eight books of holy scriptures designated by True Father, was offered to God on April 18, 2004. On April 19th, 2004, True Father proclaimed that the Sabbath day would now be celebrated on the 8the day of each week. This new Heavenly Calendar is supported by the lunar and solar calendars The Era After the Coming of Heaven began on May 5, 2004 at the proclamation of Ssanghap Ship Seung IL (Victory of Ten Combining Two Parts). True Father explained that the Era After Heaven’s Arrival is the era of the providence of restoration when True Parents do not require indemnity. The Universal Peace Federation was inaugurated in New York City on September 12, 2005. True Father also proclaimed the inauguration of the UPF in Washington, DC on September 23, 2005. In this speech, True Father also announced the formation of the Peace Kingdom Corps and the Peace Kingdom Police Force, which are dual missions. This corps, which is not a militarized corps, but an education corps, was substantially started in October, 2005 in Kiev, Ukraine, with both Russian and Ukrainian youth invited to join. See this speech. These two forces were created to protect the Blessed Families of the world and create a peaceful world centering on God. See slides 18 to 21 below.
You are each walking the path of restoration as an individual, but you are not walking it individually. You are always walking that path on behalf of True Parents. Otherwise, you will not be able to prepare True Parents’ victorious foundation at the tribal, ethnic, or national levels. For you to proceed correctly on behalf of True Parents, if True Parents are going out to establish the worldwide spiritual standard of victory, you should go out to establish the national standard of victory. You should know this clearly. Now that True Parents’ standard of victory is established spiritually, it must be established on earth. You are going beyond the level of one people, carrying out True Parents’ responsibility on their behalf. To explain this from another viewpoint, you are going over the national level towards the worldwide level, to spiritually establish the cosmic standard of victory. The Lord, who is coming as the True Parents for us, has to spiritually pioneer the cross we must bear, achieve substantial victory and take responsibility for everything. This is the difficult aspect of restoring parents. Looking at heaven, earth, and humankind, has Heaven ever been able to attend the victorious True Parents? Heaven could not yet do so. Has the earth been able to attend them? It has not yet been able to do so. Has humankind been able to attend them? They have not been able to, but they are now on the way to doing so.

By fulfilling the duty of a holy person, and going forward so that I can govern all religions on earth in the place of God, I am to bless the world centering on families. You should know that I will not bless families and nations separately. Since I am in such a position, I can bring to fulfillment the Four Great Realms of Heart and the Three Great Kingships. Everyone can achieve kingship by standing in the position where they can fulfill the purpose of the blessing, allowing them to move freely in any direction – east, west, north, and south, and to the twelve pearly gates; everywhere within a 360 degree range. Now the Four Great Realms of Heart must be dealt with. If you do not go beyond the realm of the heart of a holy man, the realm of the heart of a saint, the realm of the heart of a loyal citizen, and the realm of the heart of a filial child in the Four Great Realms of Heart, you can not say that you have crossed over the boundary of the Four Great Realms of Heart. This is the meaning of the third verse of the Family Pledge. (280-35, 1996.10.13)

The Eras in Providential History and the Formation of Their Lengths
The Kingdom of Heaven on Earth is a world similar to a single completed human being. Conversely, we can understand the overall contents of human history by observing the life practices of a single fallen person, where the two minds, the good and evil mends are always fighting. Satan took the lead to establish an unprincipled world before God could establish His ideal. The unprincipled world that Satan established is similar in form to the principled world God intended to establish. The new expression of truth is the Unification Principle revealed by the Second Coming of Christ, the True Parent. Centering on the Unification Principle, religion, politics and economics must work together under one ideological framework to realize God’s ideal of creation. You should change your entire neighborhood, centering on God’s will, with the new experience and training that you have received in foreign lands. You must not follow the old habits of your neighborhood. You must invest yourselves as God invested Himself in creating his object of love out of nothing. These two, subject and object partners, must unite as one. The spirit world will cooperate when you get to the highest position among all the people of your hometown. Wait and see whether this is the truth or not. And you must make and use many videotapes for witnessing. (179-27, 1988.6.15)

Even when you are speaking, the one who speaks words that are beneficial is Abel, and the one who speaks words that harm others is Cain. When you benefit someone else, you are bringing benefits to him; but when you are doing something for your own sake, it is the same as harming that person. For this reason, the public position is the place whose purpose is to benefit others, and the private position is the place where one lives for the sake of one’s own benefit. In this way, centering on public and private, Abel and Cain, as well as good and evil, are differentiated. You must understand this. (56-85, 1972.5.14)

For today’s study, please view slides 160 to 163 below. The conscience centers on what it thinks is right. However, without study of the Truth, this is a relative standard that differs from God’s standard.
This is why after the Second World War we saw that the victorious nations allowed the defeated nations to keep their independence. This signified that the world had entered the realm of the brotherhood ideology. When we reach the point closest to the appearance of the ideology on God’s side, the two brothers will fight in front of the one God.

Perfection is achieved through the completion of indemnity. Without climbing over the ridge of indemnity, there is no way for you to reach perfection. Internally, this refers to individual perfection, but from God’s point of view, this can be seen as restoration. It is possible to say that the standard of the completion of indemnity is the completion of restoration. Restoration is accomplished through indemnity. That is why we call it restoration through indemnity. Thus, indemnity and restoration cannot be separated. (God’s Will – 697)

The Kingdom of Heaven
The Millennial Kingdom is an ideal world without evil or sin, a world in which God’s sovereignty is fully manifest. Hope for its advent can be found to some degree in every world religion, but it is most strongly expressed in the scriptures of Judaism and Christianity, as a firm promise of God. Sometimes the term Kingdom of heaven denotes a spiritual ideal, a state of bliss in the afterlife (see chapter 5: Heaven), but that sense of the term does not do justice to the most thoroughgoing eschatological visions. In this respect, Father Moon gives numerous clear teachings about the Kingdom to be established on earth. He has dedicated his life to fulfill God’s calling to build that kingdom—not as a future vision but as a realistic program of human renewal. These passages survey the Kingdom of heaven from several perspectives. First, it is a world of God’s absolute sovereignty. We note that this need not imply anything about the political system of such a world. No regime in history, even if it claimed to be instituting God’s theocratic rule, has come anywhere close to the Kingdom in the true sense. God’s dominion is by love, not political power. It is where goodness is vested with authority for its own sake, and God can rule through the hearts of good people. Second, the Kingdom is a transfigured world—a new heaven and new earth—where all people live as one great human family. Giving and sharing is the norm; selfishness is unheard of. People know intimately the heart and will of God, rejoice in living by heaven’s norms, and have no inward impediments to doing well. It is a world of peace, where nations no longer make war and people enjoy a life free from crime or oppression. Third, the Kingdom requires a transformation of the self. Even if the world were at peace, if we still felt conflicted and disturbed, we would not feel comfortable and might continue to dwell in a private hell. Likewise, even though we might live in the most delightful environment, we could not enjoy it if our family were full of conflict and strife. Father Moon teaches that the family is a fundamental unit of the Kingdom. \ Fourth, the Kingdom is a very natural place, free of artificiality or the constraint of external laws, because the spontaneous promptings of the heart would all be good. It is a place of dazzling beauty, where people’s minds are like crystal, emanating divine light. Creation rejoices, as citizens of the Kingdom care for the environment with love and sensitivity to nature’s ways. Finally, the Kingdom transcends death. When the earthly world and the spirit world are united, the barrier of death will come down, allowing people to freely communicate with their loved ones on the other side.

The lord will become king over all the earth; on that day the lord will be one and His name one.

Once the sovereignty of Satan is expelled from the earth, then God, the eternal and absolute Being transcendent of time and space, will establish His sovereignty and His truth. In that day, God’s truth will be absolute, and hence the purpose which it serves and the standard of goodness which it sets will both be absolute. This cosmic, all-encompassing truth will be firmly established by Christ at his Second Advent. (Exposition of the Divine Principle, Fall 4.3)
Did you find your original homeland? You did not. Actually, you never had it. Your original homeland is the Kingdom of God on earth. Is there any nation on earth that can qualify as the nation of the original homeland? No, there is no such nation. Then, where can we expect to establish the original home nation? It should encompass the whole planet Earth. It shall be the Kingdom of God on earth and the Kingdom of God in heaven as well.
Three major elements are required to establish a country: sovereignty, land, and people. Does God have sovereignty anywhere in the world today? No! Does God have a land to govern? No! Are there any people in the world that allows itself to be governed by God? No! Therefore, we do not have our homeland. Eventually, God should have sovereignty over a nation called Earth and a people called Humanity. Until that day, this world is actually not a fit place for human beings to live. Father! Please bestow blessings upon this people and blessings upon all the people of the world.
Please resolve the grief of the many spirit people waiting in heaven for the day of the Second Advent.
May it quickly be realized—the world which Thou art able to govern, the Kingdom of peace on the earth, resolving Thy grief and Jesus’ grief.
