Resurrection

Resurrection means to come from death to life. In the Bible, two types of death are spoken about in Luke 9:60; physical death and spiritual death. Resurrection means to come from Satan’s realm of death to life, spiritually. It does not mean decomposed physical bodies will rise from the grave.

The Bible contains prophecies that predict both the Lord of suffering (Is 53) and the Lord of glory (Is 9,11,60)  This is because the human portion of responsibility is always involved in any providential outcome.  Jesus did not come in order to die on the cross. Rather, his death on the cross was a result of the unbelief of the Jewish people and the faithlessness of his disciples.

The Fall of Man was an illicit sexual relationship. Now we see all kinds of deviant relationships in society, even incestuous ones. This is a sign that the Last Days are here. Satan and his forces are promoting a ‘riot’ of deviant sexual relationships. Yet, if we have a humble attitude, we can realize that God has given us the standard of absolute sexual ethics as the very core of His New Truth that has been given in these Last Days.
