Gathered here are couples from all
the Blessings ranging from the 36 to
the recent first phase of the 360 million.
While being educated together for for-
ty days, what should they be doing? The
elder couples should set an example to
the new members. That is why the elder
members have been asked to share their
testimonies. Both husbands and wives
are to do this with regard to their marital
life and experiences. They must report
truthfully about all their physical and
spiritual concerns. That is family educa-
tion on the fundamental level. Wrong-
doings must be uprooted and exposed.
You cannot enter heaven if you hide

We are talking about the cosmic
expansion of the Blessing – where should
it be held first: in the spiritual or physi-
cal world? Didn’t Eve make love with
the archangel first? We must hasten to
liberate the spirit world. The era of the
Blessing of 360 Million Couples signifies
the transition from the global level into
relating with the spirit world, making it
possible for spirit people to be brought to
and blessed at the boundary between the
two worlds. Among the people blessed
in this last ceremony, were there Mafiosi
or not? Were murderers included? How
about yakuza or gangsters? All kinds of
people were included in that Blessing.

ples signifies that we have surpassed
the realm of dominion based on accom-
plishments through the Principle. We
are now in the global era. Spring is upon
us, the season of revival. I have brought
you here in order to bless you. So what
should you do in return? You should
become the leaders who can reign over

Unification Church members are to
offer three-tenths, not tithes. Through
this tradition, everyone should offer their
assets, nations, and land by connecting
to the offering based on the number
three. The Old Testament Age is the era
of material things, the New Testament
Age that of children, the Completed Tes-
tament Age of parents, and what comes
next is the age of liberation. The age of
liberation from anguish signifies enter-
ing God’s era. In that process, the right
of ownership must revert to God.
The Communist party completely
reversed that through brute force, using
knives and guns. We don’t do that. The
tradition of the Unification Family is to
harbor gratitude towards the absolute
sovereignty of God’s Love-ism forever
and ever, and to be tens of times more
grateful in your hearts with gratitude
not forced by guns or knives but coming
from your hearts voluntarily. From now
on, all Blessed Families from the 36 to
the 360 Million Couples should inherit
this tradition, and bequeath God’s King-
dom of the ideal of love to their descen-
dants. This is the final responsibility the
Unification Church should accomplish.

collapse. Barriers for individuals, fami-
lies, tribes, peoples, nations, the world,
and cosmos in the satanic realm, as well

Blessing 360 million couples will
demolish the walls that block out the
free environment of God’s Kingdom
on earth, clearing away all barriers for
individuals, families, tribes, peoples,
nations, the world. We are doing this.
Make sure that you are going the way

Blessing 360 million couples on
earth would mark the beginning of the
Blessing in the spirit world. In this man-
ner, Satan’s lineage would be eradicated
– that is to say, the era in which Satan
can accuse us will have passed, and the
era of the all-immanence, all-transcen-
dence, supreme authority, and omnipo-
tence of the True Parents is coming, in
which they can exercise their full pow-
ers. The era of privilege in which God
created and took delight in Adam and
Eve, telling them, “It is good! All things
will be called according to the names
you give them!” is coming once again.

We are going to bless 360 million
couples. Since failure occurred within
the couple, it is through couples that we
need to reverse that failure. These 360
million couples transcend all human-
kind, history and the providence. This
is the final task; through it we can com-
pletely eradicate Satan’s lineage. Let us

I did not declare the restoration of
the right of kingship so that I could unite
the free democratic world and become
its sole king. Though a king, I have given
up the global nation. God does not have
His own nation. How then can I have my
global nation? What God desires is the
king of all families. He is looking for the
family king. The family king! He must
emerge. For that to happen, Satan’s lin-
eage must be denied through blessing
360 million couples worldwide. I am the
representative who has Blessed Couples
in marriage. What sort of representative
am I? Since I am representing kingship, I
am the family king. If I were to proclaim
to the world right here and now that I am
the family king, there is not one person
in the world who could contradict me.

What is this year’s motto? “Being
proud of and loving the True God abso-
lutely means accomplishing the Blessing
of 360 Million Couples and rooting out
the lineage of the satanic world.” What
should we do after blessing 360 million
couples? Who should be the first to be
blessed by God in the Garden of Eden?
It will not be the elderly, the middle-
aged or young adults, but rather adoles-
cents. Until now, many elderly and mid-
dle-aged people and young adults have

Parents Will Bless Their Own Children

Schools raise the people needed by
the nation by educating the qualified
elite to serve the nation. They are train-
ing and experimentation sites. Training
is not real life but a preparation stage.
You should not make the wrong prepa-
rations. What is the family? It is a train-
ing ground for the heart. It is a place
where you train your heart to love. This
is why you should live affectionately like
brothers and sisters at school and also
live affectionately like brothers and sis-
ters in the nation. Parental education is
needed at school, in society and also by
the nation. Parents should pass every-
thing in the realm of heart on to their
children. They should create a founda-
tion of heart for their children by teach-
ing them to follow their parents’ foot-
steps in living in certain ways in the
family, the society, and in the nation.

are going to heaven. How about angels?
They are also going to heaven. How
about your mother and father? They
are also going to heaven. How about
your dog? It is not going to hell. At the
time of the Korean War, one rich fam-

They had a dog they had boasted about
as being very expensive, but they didn’t
take it with them; they just tied it to the
door and said, “Good-bye, we’re off.”
Our Unification members should not
do such things. Now, dogs and all cre-
ation can follow their masters to heaven
or anywhere else that their masters may

There were twelve peaks to sur-
mount – passing through formation,
growth, and completion stages – before
going on to fulfill the goal of the Bless-
ing of 360 Million Couples. We did not
stop there, however. Instead of blessing
only 3.6 million couples, we completed
the 40 Million Couples Blessing and as
a result our path from then on came to
be on an equalized level. That is how the
goal for the Blessing became 400 mil-
lion couples. The Blessing of 360 Million
Couples is one of equalization. It allows
everyone to have an equal opportunity
to receive the Blessing. More than half
of the world’s families will be involved
in it. (302-132, 1999.6.12)

Now that the Realm of the Cosmic
Sabbath for the Parents of Heaven and
Earth has been proclaimed, God can
come on earth. Thus, now is the time for
a great worldwide Blessing to take place,
through which all the foundations of
families and tribes can be connected.
By blessing the 3.6 million, 36 million
and 360 million Couples, Satan’s blood-
line manifested in all humankind must
be cut off. Not one person having that
bloodline should be left out. This lin-
eage must be completely converted. (288-
64, 1997.10.31)

By completing the Blessing of 360
Million Couples, we will enter the realm
where God can have direct dominion
over us, and thus be able to pass through
the eras of restoration of the rights of the
first born and of the parents and move
into the era of restoration of God’s king-
ship. (289-215, 1998.1.2)

Once the Blessing of 360 Million
Couples is under way, we will enter the
era of the realm of the fourth Adam, in
which there will be no need for indem-
nification. Thus, we will enter the era in
which the parents can bless their chil-
dren in Eden on behalf of God. In this
way, the direct pathway leading to heav-
en can be paved, along which blessed
members can lead the relatives they have
blessed and reach all humankind. (290-29,
1998.2.2)

Once the Blessing of 360 Million Cou-
ples is complete, I will no longer conduct
any more Blessing ceremonies. From
that time on, parents will bless their own
children. This will be known as the era of
the liberation of the realm of the fourth
Adam. There will be no indemnity. In
the first and second realms respectively,
Adam failed in the Old Testament and
New Testament Ages. Even in the Com-
pleted Testament Age, we have been per-
secuted. On entering the era of the liber-
ated realm of the fourth Adam, however,
the world will become the one originally
envisaged before the Fall. That realm of
Adam refers to the whole universe, in
which people will form families where-
in unfallen parents standing in the posi-
tion of true parents bless their children,
bequeathing the ideal of the family and
all internal and external ideals created
by God. Thus, the world cannot help but

We Are Entering the Age When Parents Will Bless Their Children

20 David got up off the floor; he took a bath, combed his hair, and dressed. He went into the Lord’s tent and worshiped, then he went back home. David asked for something to eat, and when his servants brought him some food, he ate it.

Richard: Here David picks himself up and continues life after his young son had died. Whatever difficulties arise, we should compose ourselves and continue with the core mission God has given us.

Ezekiel 16

33 Prostitutes accept money for having sex, but you bribe men from everywhere to have sex with you. 34 You’re not like other prostitutes. Men don’t ask you for sex—you offer to pay them!

The Lord said:

35 Jerusalem, you prostitute, listen to me. 36 You chased after lovers, then took off your clothes and had sex. You even worshiped disgusting idols and sacrificed your own children as offerings to them. 37 So I, the Lord God, will gather every one of your lovers, those you liked and those you hated. They will stand around you, and I will rip off your clothes and let all of those lovers stare at your nakedness. 38 I will find you guilty of being an unfaithful wife and a murderer, and in my fierce anger I will sentence you to death! 39 Then I will hand you over to your lovers, who will tear down the places where you had sex. They will take your clothes and jewelry, leaving you naked and empty-handed.

Richard: Jerusalem had fallen far from God’s standard. And although the language in this passage is symbolic, it is also literal. The moral standards of the Israelites had fallen to a very low level. And are we not int he same situation today. God does not accept homosexuality, extra marital sex and all kinds of sexual perversions that happen now. We have deviated far from God’s standard. Abstinence before marriage and absolute faithfulness in marriage is not just a nice idea; it is the standard that God has set up as His ideal of creation.

Section 12. The 360 Million Couples


Adam’s was the representative fam-
ily – formed by the union of God and
true parents – that would have embraced
the universe; had Adam not fallen, being
blessed by him would have been a uni-
versal blessing. Yet due to the Fall, they
were separated, and so families in the
world today cannot enter the realm of
grace of this great blessing. In order to
restore that which was lost in Adam’s
family through the Fall, I will bless 360
million couples standing in the equal-
ized position in the realm of families
worldwide. (287-142, 1997.9.14)
After the Blessing of 3.6 Million Cou-
ples, it will be a downhill ride – descent
is easy. That will be the 36 million Cou-
ples: the growth stage. What follows is
the Blessing of 360 Million Couples; by
then we would reach level terrain at the
bottom of the hill. Descending there, we
can return to the state of Adam’s fam-
ily before the Fall. By achieving this, we
are entering the age when parents will
bless their children. From this point on,
you can perform the preliminary Bless-
ing ceremonies yourselves. Recognized
as John the Baptist families, you will be
able to do that in the name of the True

Three hundred and sixty million
couples! To think that we will soon have
blessed 360 million couples! You cannot
deny that God is with us in this task. If
I were to explain this in detail, I would
have to go into the secrets of the New
and Old Testaments and all the histori-
cal theological systems. Once you heard
those things, your ears would be opened
and you would develop an insight into
the providential future. Then there would
be no one on earth who could stop you
from walking your providential path.
Do you want this insight or not? These
secrets are such that you would want to
see them with your own eyes even if you
had heard them, and once you had seen
them you would want to listen to the
words again and again, whether in per-
son or not. To gain this knowledge you
should not go a single day without hear-
ing my words. (287-201, 1997.10.30)
What would happen after the Bless-
ing of 36 Million Couples is accom-
plished and the next goal of 360 million
couples comes in sight? Since that is the
number of couples, that would mean
there would be 720 million individuals
involved in the Blessing. If each of them
brought four members from their fami-
ly, then four times seven is twenty-eight,
and the total number brought by them
would be 2.8 billion. Some would bring
even more than four people. Are there
only four family members per house-
hold in the East? There are some fam-
ilies with between five and ten mem-
bers in them. That would result in more
than three billion people coming over
to God’s side, which is more than half
the world population. The era has come
when, if you were to weigh the two sides
with a scale, our side would be the heavi-

I Must Have the Desperate Heart to Dig Through that Opposition

I would say that marriage is a ceremo-
ny to open and enter the gate of the pal-
ace of happiness. It is for this reason that
marriage is a great event of human affairs.
Love is the greatest thing in human
affairs, for it transcends time and space,
and marriage is a ceremony to reveal and
confirm such love. (Blessed Family – 356)

Godism is not about living for the
sake of oneself. It teaches giving for the
sake of others. In short, it is a path where-
by one puts others before oneself. The
devil’s ideology tells you to live for your-
self whereas God’s ideology asks you to
live for others. That is why the more you
give and give and then give again, the
more your possessions will pile up in the
next world of eternity. In the communist
world, the more one gives, the more one
loses, and so no one works for others.
In God’s world, on the other hand, this
is not the case, and so everyone works
night and day without rest, shedding
blood and sweat, for the benefit of every-
one else. Those who consistently give in
the same manner as God are bound to be

Jesus Whom God Wanted To Find

In the world of the heart, there is no variance from the heart of God. What does the “Alpha and Omega” mean? Because God is the substance of and the central being of love, He does not have an alpha or omega, a beginning or an end. True love cannot have a beginning and an end. In the course of the providence of restoration, heading toward the world of the heart, the ideology that searches the background of history and shouts, “God’s heart is hidden here. Oh! This is the path that our race must take,” is the ideology which will save that race. If there is a person who finds God’s heart which flows behind world history and who shouts out that this is the way for mankind to prosper, that person will be able to pioneer the way for the salvation of this world. Moreover, if there is a person who can proclaim that the heart of the cosmos, Heaven and earth, the spiritual world, and everything is his, that person would be the Christ who has come again. Then the beginning and re-creation of Heaven and earth, the history of completion will unfold.

It is our hope and our life of faith to seek out this world. Since you must travel that path, you must decide the direction of heart. Ultimately, you must decide the direction of your heart. You must love God and Jesus more than you love anything else in the world. You must love the world that Jesus loved. You must be able to love the people that Jesus loved. After loving something bigger than oneself, if there is anything left, then one should think of oneself. But the opposite trend is happening today. People think that it doesn’t matter whether the nation collapses, the world perishes or Heaven grieves. “As long as my children and I do not perish, it’s fine.” This is upside down thinking.

In order to cut away from this, Jesus said that the members of your family are your enemies. For the sake of the public will, you must abandon private feelings. The person who acts for the sake of the group that he belongs to more than he acts for his family is a loyal subject of that group. Furthermore, if he sacrifices for the group as well as for nation, he is a loyal subject of that nation. Moreover, if there is a person who dies for the sake of the public ideology of the world instead of just his nation, he might be a traitor to his nation but he is a loyal subject of the world. Furthermore, if there is a person who goes over the world and lives for the sake of God, he is the greatest loyal subject. Jesus is an example of that kind of person.

The greatest standard of the happiness that is granted to man is being a true servant of God, a true loyal subject of God and a true, filial son and daughter of God. These are the words of God’s grace. What do you think? Have you become God’s loyal subject, filial sons and daughters whom He can recognize? You must step over your family, your nation, and this world and seek God. You must go with high spirits. Jesus went that course with a commanding spirit.

If my family opposes me, I must thrust through that family. If my people oppose me, then I must dig through that people. If my nation opposes me, then I must go through that nation. If the world opposes me, I must go through the world. If numerous evil spirits in the spiritual world oppose me, I must have the desperate heart to dig through that opposition. The problem is whether we have that heart. Even Satan’s iron net will be withdrawn when it faces that heart. Only the sons and daughters who can shout, “Father! I love You more than anybody. I love You more than the world. I love You just as Jesus loved you,” can become Jesus’ brides. If those kinds of sons and daughters appear, will Jesus say, “Hey, why are you doing that?” Will that happen? No. Jesus has longed for two thousand years for those kinds of sons and daughters to appear. Only a person who longs for that kind of family, that kind of brother and that kind of children, and who strives to become that kind of person will be able to become the citizen, the family, and the kin who can support Jesus, whom God wanted to establish.

Even the failure to take on the historical mission can be restored if we possess a heart of love. Therefore, we must seek that kind of place. Love cannot be compared to anything in the whole of Heaven and earth. A person will not trade a handkerchief that was given to him by his beloved for a million pieces of gold. No matter how small the number, how great it would be if there are sons and daughters of God who are connected in their hearts with Jesus; sons and daughters who can even move Jesus to the bone, who can comprehend the world of hope that Jesus desires, who can make God rest and who can bow to Him.

Jesus longed for family members who can bow to God alongside of him. He fought for two thousand years to establish that standard on earth. God sent Jesus so that He could watch mankind living together with Jesus. We must ask ourselves whether we have become people with hearts bursting with the desire to go over the level of the individual, go over the sorrow of the people, go over the hill of worldwide sorrow and connect with Heaven for this purpose. Whether we have that heart or not will determine whether we attend Jesus correctly and whether we will be able to support Jesus to become the Jesus God wanted to find.

Prayer

Father! We are unworthy to receive Your grace. As time passes, man should discover more and more that he is unworthy and weep bitterly about the sorrow of Heaven. But the love of Heaven remains the love of Heaven, and the heart of the people remains only as the heart of the people. Each person goes through a course of life where he fights with others and lives an upside down life. Please forgive us.

We realize that Jesus established a connection of rejoicing, centering on the love of Heaven, going over the love of men. We beseech You that we may become Jesus’ true disciples, true family, true children, and true brides who can find that relationship with Heaven.

In that way we can support Jesus whom You wanted to establish. We can dissolve Jesus’ historical sorrow, and we can cleanse the mistakes of the generations of our ancestors in one generation. We pray that we can become family members of Heaven and children of Heaven who attend Jesus with this attitude.

Father, if what we feel began from Heaven, let it not disappear from our mind for eternity. Let it linger in our heads forever. Let that life force stay with us. If we must surely go this way, please guide us vertically, transcending time and space. Please take direct control over us.

Be with us forever with Your words. Bless us that in the course of battle to win victory we can keep pace with the providence; that we can give our utmost effort and devote our utmost loyalty to You. I pray all these things in the name of Christ our Lord. Amen.
