Didn’t I say that in the spirit world, Lee Sang-hun is in the highest position among Blessed Families? This highest position will be the model for the spirit world that will be created from now on. It is the model for the spirit world. There will be heaven and there will be a paradise for families. The middle realm of spirit world for families and hell for families will be created. It is an age where all shadows remaining in your conscience from your current life will be clearly visible in broad daylight. Excuses will not work. Did I say that there is a prison there?     The ideal of the Kingdom of Heaven cannot be achieved without being married and forming a family. The reason the Unification Church emphasizes that all single men and women must receive the Blessing is so the ideal of the Kingdom of Heaven can be put into practice. Not only single people, but also couples who are already married should receive the Blessing for previously married couples, after fulfilling a certain standard.
    The reason I’m saying all people should receive the Blessing is so we can all return to the world of the ideal of creation. Originally, that world would have been a world created by true men and women who received the Blessing. But due to the Fall, such a history of love never came to pass. (Blessed Family – 556)

Section 3. Jesus’ View of God Based on the Parent-Child Relationship

3.2. The adopted child can call out “father”

    On leaving the Old Testament Age and welcoming the new morning of the New Testament Age, Jesus declared God as the Father and elevated fallen people to the position of adopted child in order to bring them into a parent-child relationship with God. Adopted children are of a different lineage, but through the coming of the Lord, they were engrafted and thus able to call God “Father,” with the title of son. You should know that the establishment of the parent-child relationship with God was a heavenly secret that could be accomplished by no one other than Jesus. When Jesus called God “Father,” the priests and Pharisees, who were immersed in the Old Testament concepts of the time, heard it as a presumptuous word blaspheming God. You should know that Jesus’ view of God as the Father was that revolutionary. Jesus went a step higher and introduced God’s love. In the Old Testament Age, Moses introduced only the God of authority, God of power, and God of judgment, without being able to introduce the God of love. But, Jesus introduced love. You are hearing this kind of thing for the first time, aren’t you? This is what the Kingdom of Heaven is; a homeland where you have to travel to carrying the love of the royal family, after having restored the Four Great Realms of Heart and the Three Great Kingships. Go ahead and die, if you don’t believe me. No matter how great a person is, everyone is affected by this reality. Therefore, please make up you mind quickly to receive the Holy Blessing. That is the quickest and easiest solution. Don’t let a situation arise where you end up dead and have to lament, “Oh, I wish I had listened to Rev. Moon!” So receive the Blessing and learn as you go. You actually have to unite together as a man and a woman, seek and restore the lost heavenly family, and attend God as your King. In this sense, your grandfather is there representing God, so you should attend him in place of attending God. Your parents are in the position of king and queen, centering on the families of five billion people living on earth. The children should be attended as the kings and queens of the future. Let us therefore inherit the path of the parents, the path of those we attend as the king and queen of the families in this present world, together with God. The world that inherits that path and passes it on for thousands and ten thousands of generations is the Kingdom of Heaven on earth! Amen! Amen! (239-76, 1992.11.23)

God’s Providence of Restoration

    Father cannot bear to see injustice and cannot stand to lose.
    Father met Jesus on Easter Sunday morning, April 17, 1935.  Jesus approached Father and passionately asked Father to complete the work that he himself was unable to complete while on earth.  Father declined Jesus’ request several times, but on each occasion, he perceived a great sorrow in God’s heart and determined to walk the path of the Will.
    Father was directly involved in the independence movement for Korea while in Japan, the enemy nation.  Father was married and has a son born March 1, 1946.  However,  God commanded him to immediately search for ‘God’s wife’ without delay.  Father headed into North Korea.
   In North Korea, he was arrested and imprisoned for preaching.  He met prepared spiritual groups in prison, and was tortured severely to the point of near death.  Later, Father was imprisoned at the Heungname Concentration Camp.  This was a labor camp where a crew of 10 men had to fill 1300 straw bags of fertilizer each day. 
    Father gained 12 disciples while in Heungnam Concentration Camp.  UN troops liberated the prison camp.

Parents exist for their children. If parents existed for their own sake, there would not have been the word parents. In the future, a view of ethics should be formed centering on the Principle of the Unification Church. Parents should live for the sake of their children. This is the first and foremost rule of ethics. It is self-explanatory. The position in which parents sacrifice for the sake of their children is not the place of misery, but the place of happiness. Presbyterianism teaches that God became the judge of righteousness, predestines people’s fate, and then saves them. Does that make any sense at all? It is utterly misleading. I have found that God is not like that. If God had predestined people to go to heaven and hell from their birth, what kind of God of goodness is that? It would not make sense logically. It has to fit logic to become common sense. There is no truth that goes against common sense.

We should learn the following from the course of Jesus:

  1. God’s predestination of His Will is absolute; His
    predestination of human beings is relative.
  2. The greater a person’s mission, the greater the test he
    will confront.
    i. Adam betrayed God – Jesus was abandoned by God to restore this
    through indemnity.
    ii. Restoration through indemnity was achieved when Jesus dealt with
    being abandoned by God (the temptation in the wilderness, the passion
    of the cross).
  3. Jesus loved and died for God and God’s will, even while
    on the Cross.
  4. Everything is Decided in an Instant.
    The Relationship between each instant and our entire life. The sum of what we do in each moment and each day becomes the totality of our lives.

Up to this very day, the Unification Church has been walking the path of history, the history of the age of indemnity. And the purpose for us having walked this path of the history of indemnity has been to restore the right of the eldest son, the new right of the parent, the new right of kingship, and the new realm of the royal family. Centering on what? Not centering on today’s human-centric world, but rather centering on God. These realms are not to be restored centering on any existing kingship, or on any existing family. No, we are talking about the right of the eldest son centering on God, the realm of the True Parents centering on God, the right of kingship, centering on God, and the realm of the royal family, centering on God. This has been the hope that humankind has longed for, all the time up until the present day. (230- 171, 1992.5.3)

Humankind as a whole must wake up. The teaching of the founder of the Unification Church is the truth that will save the world. It is the word of true love and life that the whole of humanity needs for eternity. When the returning Lord comes to save the world, he should not judge humankind with his rod of iron. By hitting people, he would not be able to bring even one person to complete submission.

The Worldwide Course for the Restoration of Canaan Centering on Jesus

    The secular authorities of the Roman Empire did not want to crucify Jesus. Rather, the Jewish people insisted that Jesus’ blood would be on their own hands (Mt. 27:20-26).
Jesus carried the cross, forgave the people while on the cross and died on the cross.The resurrected Jesus appeared spiritually to his disciples. The holy spirit descended at the Pentecost.
    Jesus original mission was to receive the Holy Wedding Blessing and to become the True Parent, then bless all humankind (remove their original sin).  Then he would Restore and establish God’s homeland and People.
    Jesus experienced the deep unrequited agony filled with blood, tears
and sweat of having to die on the cross without completing his original
mission.
    The path Jesus was not able to complete with his bride still has to be completed at the Second Coming centered on True Parents.  We are to receive the Blessing, learn about absolute sexual ethics and share this knowledge and blessing with our family and neighbors.

Death denotes a second birth at the end of our physical life. The place where we have that second birth – the place where we go after death – is the spirit world. We enter that world and receive from God, who is the third Parent, a supply of true love, which represents the entire universe. The spirit world is a world where we breathe love and live in love. Therefore, if you fail to develop a character of complete true love, your path to travel freely will be restricted, and you will not be able to pass through all four directions. Even if you happen to pass through a gate, you will not be able to go any further. If you want to be qualified to live in rhythm with the four seasons regardless of time and place, you must develop a character of loving completely during your earthly life. (298-311, 1999.1.17)

The Worldwide Course for the Restoration of Canaan Centering on Jesus

    The third world-level course for the restoration of Canaan was begun as a spiritual course. After 2000 years, it has formed the worldwide spiritual foundation that exists today. The new John the Baptist type figure at the Second Coming of Christ is the central figure for the foundation of faith and the foundation of substance.
    That means that we have to love, mediate through, obey and multiply goodness through this person.  Especially the first and second Israel, Jews and Christians are to unite with Christ at the Second Coming.
    Unfortunately, as a whole, Christianity did not unite withe the Second Coming of Christ.  However, Unificationists did, and victories were also won at the national and world level, centering of the nation of Korea (South Korea).
    Jesus Christ is the Messiah, and was born on the foundation of restoration of the lineage.  Yet, Zachariah’s family and Joseph’s family failed to believe in Jesus.  If we read the Bible with an open mind, we will find these instances.
    In Matthew 12:48 when Jesus’ mother and brothers were looking for him, he said “But Jesus replied, “Who is My mother, and who are My brothers?” Pointing to His disciples, He said, “Here are My mother and My brothers. For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.”
    Finally, the three disciples slept while Jesus offered a life and death prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane.
