God Will Bring Humanity into Unity through a Religious Ideology

Exodus 32

19 As Moses got closer to the camp, he saw the idol, and he also saw the people dancing around. This made him so angry that he threw down the stones and broke them to pieces at the foot of the mountain. 20 He melted the idol the people had made, and he ground it into powder. He scattered it in their water and made them drink it. 21 Moses asked Aaron, “What did these people do to harm you? Why did you make them sin in this terrible way?”

Job  16

If I were in your place,
it would be easy to criticize
    or to give advice.
But I would offer hope
    and comfort instead.

Genesis 1:24-28

If we look at a human being, we see that he has not yet been able to restore his body. The history of struggle to restore the body was the history of struggle before World War II. Before World War II, the history of struggle centered upon material/that is, it was concerned with economy. Until World War II, the sovereignty of whole states and the whole world were affected by materials and economics. Only after this age passed, after World War II, did the age of thought come. This was the natural flow of historical development. Now the age of doctrine and thought centered on the spirit has arrived. What kind of thought will reap a victory? It will be the thought system that controls materials. As the mind must control the body, so the thought and doctrine have to control material things. All the sovereign states of the world today are established on an economic foundation. Yet, if an ideology is to achieve worldwide stature, it must transcend materialism.

Various nations of the democratic and communist camps are in a face- off. Which camp is going to win? What will determine that victory? This hinges upon which camp first shares its materials with smaller and weaker nations. This is how victory or defeat will be decided. Exodus 1

11 The Egyptians put slave bosses in charge of the people of Israel and tried to wear them down with hard work. Those bosses forced them to build the cities of Pithom and Rameses,[b] where the king[c] could store his supplies. 12 But even though the Israelites were mistreated, their families grew larger, and they took over more land. Because of this, the Egyptians hated them worse than before 13 and made them work so hard 14 that their lives were miserable. The Egyptians were cruel to the people of Israel and forced them to make bricks and to mix mortar and to work in the fields.

Richard:  Although we may not exactly have slave bosses, we do have draconian government mandates.  Here is West Virginia you cannot send your children to public shcool without subjecting them to the injection of 14 harmful vaccines.

Ezekiel 15

Some time later, the Lord said:

Ezekiel, son of man, what happens to the wood of a grapevine after the grapes have been picked? It isn’t like other trees in the forest, because the wood of a grapevine can’t be used to make anything, not even a small peg to hang things on. It can only be used as firewood. But after its ends are burnt and its middle is charred, it can’t be used for anything. The wood is useless before it is burned, and afterwards, it is completely worthless.

I, the Lord God, promise that just as the wood of a grapevine is burned as firewood, I will punish the people of Jerusalem with fire. Some of them have escaped one destruction, but soon they will be completely burned. And when that happens, you, Ezekiel, will know that I am the LordI will make their country an empty wasteland, because they have not been loyal to me. I, the Lord God, have spoken.

Richard:  Stacey got this exact same Rhema two days ago.  I seems that God is definitely doing a new thing now;  unrighteousness must be burned away.

Genesis 1:24-28

The word of the text we just read is the word of blessing God bestowed after He created Adam and Eve. It is the word of blessing of God after creating a man and a woman in His image, telling them to multiply and have dominion over all of creation, as well as the earth.

The title of the sermon I would like to share with you today is “Let Us Seek and Establish the Blessed Land God Wants to Administer.” I will speak upon this topic.

God created the world of creation centered on a lofty ideology we human beings have yet to comprehend. God created the world of creation thus to live together with human beings in the realm of eternal love.

However, human beings could not become united with the Will of the Father; that is, the Will of the Creator God. For that reason, the ideology God wished to manifest before human beings has remained unfulfilled; His administration has remained incomplete as well. In the meantime, the sad condition called “restoration” or “salvation” came to stand between God and human beings. We understand very well, from the Principle, that God has been relating with human beings under such conditions.

If this is the case, the fallen “I” of today should go back to the original “I” before the fall. This is the unavoidable duty of human beings and the inevitable responsibility God must carry out. For that reason, God has struggled until now to seek human beings on this earth. This is also why human beings have striven to seek God. Continue reading “Find the Original I”

Exodus 20

12 Respect your father and your mother, and you will live a long time in the land I am giving you.

13 Do not murder.

14 Be faithful in marriage.

15 Do not steal.

16 Do not tell lies about others.

17 Do not want anything that belongs to someone else. Don’t want anyone’s house, wife or husband, slaves, oxen, donkeys or anything else.

Isaiah 60

Every sheep of Kedar
    will come to you;
rams from Nebaioth[d]
    will be yours as well.
I will accept them as offerings
and bring honor to my temple.

Luke 12: 26-43

To examine worldwide phenomena from the Christian viewpoint, they are a result of history. You should pray to find out what historical process God has gone through to cause this result. This way you should realize that the prayer you inevitably came to offer, “Father! Let this nation receive the worldwide blessing as the chosen people. Send judgment against those who failed in the past and punish the unfaithful rebels,” was also an option for Jesus.

Yet, what anger did Jesus harbor upon death? The chosen religion of Israel tortured his heart and the chosen people nailed him to the cross. This was his anguish and lamentation. Though Jesus personally had great sorrow, however, he could forget his death and pray for them. He thought about the situation of God, who had walked through blood and tears for 4,000 years and about the people of Israel, whom God had chosen and raised for 4,000 years. Today’s Christians of the world should think about this again.

If Jesus had not prayed for them, the chosen nation and the religious believers would have received the judgment first. You should know that Jesus gave them blessing because he thought that if only there were some room granted by Heaven, they would follow in his footsteps and come over to his side. When I see Jesus’ words about the right-hand thief, tears unconsciously come out. The people did not know that God’s sorrow of 4,000 years was embodied there in Jesus. Only a thief recognized it. This was a sad scene. There were countless people in front of Jesus. It was the religious believers and chosen people who were to move and halt with the blood and flesh of Jesus, but they failed to do so. They should have shed blood together at the cross with Jesus. How preposterous that there was no one, but a murderous thief, to accompany him! Although Jesus was the Savior of all, he was in a pitiable position. It is extremely shameful that the only one who accompanied Jesus in his death was a murderous thief. Continue reading “Christian History after the Crucifixion Began With the Right Side Thief”

The Homeland We Need to Reclaim is Not an Existing Nation

Exodus 32

The Lord said to Moses:

Hurry back down! Those people you led out of Egypt are acting like fools. They have already stopped obeying me and have made themselves an idol in the shape of a young bull. They have bowed down to it, offered sacrifices, and said that it is the god who brought them out of Egypt. Moses, I have seen how stubborn these people are, 10 and I’m angry enough to destroy them, so don’t try to stop me. But I will make your descendants into a great nation.

1 Chronicles 21

21 Satan decided to cause trouble for Israel by making David think it was a good idea to find out how many people there were in Israel and Judah. David told Joab and the army commanders, “Count everyone in Israel, from the town of Beersheba in the south all the way north to Dan. Then I will know how many people can serve in my army.”

Joab answered, “Your Majesty, even if the Lord made your kingdom a hundred times larger, you would still rule everyone in it. Why do you need to know how many soldiers there are? Don’t you think that would make the whole nation angry?”

But David would not change his mind. And so Joab went everywhere in Israel and Judah and counted the people. He returned to Jerusalem and told David that the total number of men who could serve in the army was one million one hundred thousand in Israel and four hundred seventy thousand in Judah. Joab refused to include anyone from the tribes of Levi and Benjamin, because he still disagreed with David’s orders.

Cheon Seong Gyeong  1452-1453

Since True Father knows the heart
of God very deeply, just one word from
anyone will restart the flow of tears from
his eyes. The fact that God, who should
rule freely over the whole universe and
govern all the nations, had His ideal
trampled upon, the ideal of His being the
sovereign of all sovereigns and reigning
over all of humanity in the parent-child
relationship with the authority and pow-
er of the king of all ages is a truly mor-
tifying reality. At this time, the day of
glory on which we will rise up, defeat all
the evil powers of this world, and restore
the sovereignty longed for by God is now
right before our eyes. (164-216, 1987.5.16)
You must understand that the day of
hope, on which we can live in an indepen-
dent state centered on God, will be the
most precious time on earth which can-
not be exchanged for anything. Among
those who have passed on to the spirit
world, there is not one person who has
lived in the realm of a nation centered
on God. True Father knows this. Though
I have put the members of the Unifica-
tion Church through many hardships,
do you realize what a prestigious thing
it is to have the original human nature
and to live in dignity as citizens before
the sovereign, in the restored providen-
tial nation?
This is the standard according to
which True Father has lived his whole
life. Though I gave many people trou-
ble, I did so in my fight for the day of
glory, when we can put our whole heart
into dedicating everything in our life of
attendance to God, who is the sovereign
of the nation of which we are the citi-
zens. (164-216, 1987.5.16)
The homeland that we need to reclaim
is not an existing nation on earth with
its own history and traditions. It is com-
pletely different from those other nations
in essence. In order for us to be able to
inherit such a nation that stands on a
completely different level from others,
we need to become citizens with appro-
priate ideological proactivity. That pro-
active ideology should be in accord with
the ideology of the absolute Creator.
For a nation desired by the Absolute
Being to exist, you should yearn for that
nation to be one in which the citizens
would be united together centering on
the nation’s sovereignty. Therefore, the
nation should take form based on such a
standard of citizenship. Because you did
not qualify as the people who can main-
tain such a nation, that nation could not
be established. (49-93, 1971.10.9)

Beware of Idols

Richard:  Beware of the idols of money, power and social acceptance.

Cheon Seong Gyeong 834

If you watch TV for a month, you
come to know everything about how
people live in this world. Everything
becomes very predictable and you
become tired of it. This is why you have
to understand the spirit world. You must
know the spirit world.
When you offer your prayer with
sincerity, the image of the spirit world
will unfold. How wonderful that will be!
Angels will come down and dance. Even
those famous people from hundreds of
years ago will gather to dance. How
wonderful! These are not fanciful ideas.
(203-57, 1990.6.14)

Cheon Seong Gyeong  1442-1443

The perfection of self involves per-
fecting the absolute true love, absolute
true life, absolute true lineage, and abso-
lute true conscience. After achieving
this, one can then go on to restore the
family lost through the Fall and settle
down. Since True Parents have settled
down, you also need to follow in their
footsteps by becoming tribal messiahs,
connecting together 160 couples, and
taking possession of 160 nations.
By doing so, you will be able to travel
freely to and fro between the Kingdom
of God in heaven and on earth. This is
something you need to inherit at any
cost, and so it is unavoidable. Only by
accomplishing this task can you be reg-
istered, and only after being registered
can you possess the Kingdom of Heaven
on earth and in spirit world. Only after
being registered can you claim it to be
your nation and your kingdom. (268-88,
1995.3.5) Continue reading “Beware of Idols”
